2005
This house is currently paid for on Jan 2010. I am very happy to call this house my home. I believe lots of hard work made it possible for this house to be called mine. This house will soon be part of my rental portfolio.
2009
This house was bought for rental investment purposes.
It took me less than 4 weeks to decide and purchase this house. I am very proud
of this investment, I believe I got lucky when I bought this house from a
seller who doesn’t have enough clue that the housing market is about to
explode. Thus, I was able to buy this without any bidding war. The same house
similar to this one sold for 6K - 8K more (thru bidding war).
2010
This year wasn’t so bad, that is, I manage to
treat myself with this gorgeous SUV with panoramic views. Oh well, cars are not suppose to be good investments
but they certainly motivate you to do better.
2011
This house was bought for rental investment purposes. After months and months
of looking for an investment property, I finally found her. The good thing
about this purchase is that the tenants are willing to stay in this property
for 2 years. The tenants are very friendly, I couldn’t ask for a better
people. It’s a win-win situation for me, my agent, and the tenants.
